Return Checklist – Before Sending Back Your Parently Product

Please review this quick checklist before handing in your parcel:


1. Pack the Product Properly

  • Make sure the product is clean from bigger dirt (e.g. soil), dry, and free from personal items.

  • You do not need to deep-clean textiles — just remove loose dirt that could damage the product during transport.

  • Pack all parts securely so nothing moves around or gets damaged.

  • Use the original box if you still have it, otherwise a sturdy, well-padded box.

Returning multiple items:

  • If you received rental items in different boxes, you may return them in one single box as long as:

    • All items fit safely and securely, and

    • The package does not exceed DHL’s size limit.

  • DHL maximum size:

    • Height + circumference may be max 300 cm

    • Circumference = (2 × length) + (2 × width)

  • If the parcel exceeds 300 cm, the sender (customer) must cover any additional shipping costs.

  • Exception: Large original Parently boxes are already approved and may exceed the standard limit.


2. Include All Accessories

Please ensure all relevant items are included:

  • Main product

  • All accessories/parts (e.g. rain cover, adapters, inserts, charger, newborn set, etc.)

  • Any additional items listed in the original product description

Where to find the product description:

  • It may be printed inside the box, or

  • You can easily find it online using any search engine by searching for the exact product name.


3. Retrieve & Attach the Return Label

  • Retrieve the label via our return portal (link provided in the cancellation confirmation and return reminder email).

  • Fill in one form per package — each form generates one individual label.

  • The label(s) will be sent to the email address you entered.

  • Attach the return label so it is clearly visible on the box.

  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels.


4. Hand In the Parcel on Time

For returns at the end of the rental period:

  • Hand in the parcel to DHL no later than the last day of your rental period,

  • or return it directly to our warehouse latest by the last day of the rental duration.


5. Keep the Receipt

  • Save the drop-off receipt until the return is fully processed and confirmed by us.


6. After the Return

  • Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it.

  • You will receive a final confirmation once the return is processed and your subscription has been closed or adjusted.
