How to proceed with the return after cancellation

Returning your rented items to Parently is straightforward. Once you cancel your subscription, you automatically receive an email with return instructions and a link to our return portal where you can create your return label. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.

Returning Items Using the Return Portal

  1. Access the Return Portal: After canceling your rental, you will receive an email with a link to the return portal.

  2. Complete the Form: Enter your own information in the portal form. Ensure that the details you provide are accurate.

  3. Submit the Form: Once submitted, a return shipping label will be automatically sent to your email address.

Returning Multiple Cancelled Items

If you need to return several items that have been canceled, you can package all of them together in a single parcel. Follow the same process in the return portal to receive one shipping label for the entire package.

Returning Items at Physical Locations

If you picked up your rental from a physical location, such as Arlanda Airport, you can return your items there directly. Here’s how:

  1. Return the Item at the Pick-Up Location: Drop off the rented items directly at the location where you originally collected them. For example, Arlanda accommodates such direct returns without requiring portal use.

  2. No Additional Documentation Required: When dropping off items at locations like Arlanda, you don’t need to print or bring a shipping label or any paperwork. The on-site team will handle the return process for you.
