How pickup and return works at the airport

At Arlanda Airport, we collaborate with Smarte Carte, the lost & found service provider.
When picking up your rental item, you just need to show:

  • Your name

  • Your ID

  • Your order confirmation on your phone

The staff at the lost & found desk will hand out the rental item to you.

Returns are done at the same desk, where the staff will register the return under your name.

Pickup and return is possible 24/7. However, please note the following:

The lost & found office is staffed during the following hours:

  • 7am to 9pm every weekday

  • 7am to 5pm on weekends

If you arrive outside these hours, you need to call: +46 709 55 95 50 when you are at the Lost & Found desk. There may be a waiting time of approximately 10–15 minutes before staff is available.

Important: For collection outside regular opening hours, you need to contact us in advance (at least 3 days before), so that we can prepare the delivery together with our partner.
