Yes, you can swap to another product whenever your needs change. Here's how it works:
Confirm by email that you want to proceed with the swap. If you haven’t already told us which product you want (new or preloved; color), please include this in your reply.
We process the swap and send you a confirmation with return instructions for your current product.
You may keep your current product until the new one arrives, so the transition is smooth.
Once the new product has been delivered, return the current product within 7 days.
There is a swap fee of 249 SEK (including delivery of the new product) plus 90 SEK per return shipping label.
Your monthly fee will be updated based on the new product.
