When do I need to cancel my subscription?

You must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before your desired end date via your customer area. This ensures that you have enough time to return the product to us, and that we can plan for the next rental.


Example: If you want your subscription to end on June 24, you must cancel it no later than June 17.
