I have an issue releasing the Axkid ISOFIX base from the car

Press the button first, then pull backwards—do not pull before releasing the lock.

If you’re having trouble releasing the Axkid ISOFIX base, it’s usually due to the release mechanism and tension in the connectors.

The base uses a two-step release system:

  1. Press the release button

  2. Then pull the base backwards

⚠️ Important:
Do not pull the base before pressing the button. If there is tension on the ISOFIX connectors, pulling first can make it harder to release.

👉 Tip: Apply gentle pressure in the correct order to reduce tension and make the release smoother.
