When booking a short-term rental, select the start date when you expect to receive the product.
The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends when the product is handed over to the logistics partner (e.g. DHL) or returned to our warehouse in person.
The return transport time is not counted as rental time, so you do not need to consider the time it takes for the package to arrive back to us.
⚠️ Important:
When choosing your delivery date, please allow a few extra days of buffer before travelling. Delivery delays can occasionally occur for both home delivery and service point delivery, and these are unfortunately outside of our control.
