What if something gets damaged or breaks?

Use the product like it’s your own—go out, explore, and enjoy. Normal wear and tear with reasonable care (occasional cleaning and intended use) is included in your rental.


If something does break: take a photo of the damage and submit a claim via our form.


We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to resolve it. For minor issues, we may send a spare part; for larger issues, you’ll receive a replacement product.
